Frequently Asked Questions
The following list contains the most common and frequent questions that users have asked before regarding MemeBot. Please read before coming to our support team.
1. HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY SOL FROM MEMEBOT WALLET?
Start by typing
/startor/homein the chat.Click on "Wallet".
Choose between "Withdraw all SOL" or "Withdraw X SOL" depending on your needs.
Follow the instructions provided by MemeBot to complete the withdrawal.
2. HOW DO I EXPORT MY MEMEBOT PRIVATE KEY?
Important: Before exporting your private key, set up a Phantom or Solflare wallet
On your browser, download and install the Solflare or Phantom extension.
On MemeBot, hit
/home,/walletand export your private key. Do not share this with anyone.Go to your selected wallet extension and add a new wallet via Uploading Private Key
3. HOW DO I IMPORT MY OWN WALLET TO MEMEBOT?
This feature is not available right now
4. I ACCIDENTALLY SENT OTHER SOLANA TOKENS TO MY MEMEBOT WALLET. HOW DO I RECOVER IT?
Don't worry, your assets are safe. However, you'll need to export your MemeBot wallet to either Solflare or Phantom to retrieve them manually. Refer to question #2 in this FAQ list for instructions on exporting your private key.
5. HOW DO I SELL MY COINS?
To sell your coins:
Type
/startor/homein the chat.Click on "Sell & Manage" from the menu.
You'll see buttons labeled "Sell 25%", "Sell 100%", or "Sell X%". Choose the option that corresponds to the percentage of coins you want to sell. You can change the % in Settings
Remember, these buttons represent percentages of your holdings.
Important: Maintain a minimum balance of 0.005 SOL in your MemeBot wallet to ensure transactions go through. Insufficient SOL balance might result in a "Swap Fail" error.
6. HOW IS PROFIT CALCULATED?
Profit reflects your net profit, the actual amount you receive after accounting for gas fees, transaction fees, DEX fees, MemeBot fees, price impact, etc. However, profit calculations only monitor trades done via bot - for accurate profit calculations, please do not send coins other than SOL to your memebot wallet!
7. WHAT IS THE FEE?
We charge 1% fees on every buy or sell transaction. up to 50% of that goes to referral system, 30% revenue share, 20% for development
8. DOES MEMEBOT HAVE LIMIT ORDERS?
Currently not, but it’s coming soon.
9. I’M GETTING TOO MANY SWAP FAILED ERRORS
Several factors can contribute to swap failures. Here's what to check:
Ensure sufficient SOL balance (at least 0.005 SOL) for the transaction.
If the coin experiences high volatility, adjust your slippage accordingly (default is 20%).
Verify that the token hasn't been rugged (a scam where a project's value is artificially inflated and then abruptly withdrawn by the developers).
10. I BOUGHT A TOKEN BUT IT DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACTIVE POSITIONS
This might be due to a rugged token. MemeBot automatically hides tokens with a value below a certain threshold (Minimum Position Value), which is set to $0.001 by default. You can adjust this value in the settings.
Try exiting Telegram completely, then reopen it and refresh MemeBot.

11. WHY AM I GETTING A “NO ROUTE FOUND” ERROR WHEN BUYING OR SELLING A TOKEN?
MemeBot can only trade tokens that are paired with SOL. If you're trying to buy a token paired with USDC, USDT, or another token, you'll encounter this error. It can also happen for tokens that have been rugged (abandoned by developers).
When selling, a "no route found" error might indicate the Liquidity Pool for the token has been moved from Raydium or Jupiter to a different DEX that MemeBot doesn't support.
12. DOES MEMEBOT ALLOW MULTIPLE WALLETS?
Currently, MemeBot only allows one wallet address per Telegram account. You can reset your MemeBot wallet to get a new address, but this will erase your previous wallet. Important: Before resetting, make sure to export your private key using the instructions in question #2 to recover your funds.
If you need multiple MemeBot wallets, you'll need to create additional Telegram accounts.
